Resolved Question: should i be scared about getting accepted to college?

So here's the deal. My boyfriend and I either want to go to Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana or IPFW in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I have a 3.0 gpa and got a 1410 on my SAT and i want to go to school for nursing. My gpa fell my sophomore year when i had personal problems at home. My grades definitely show a trend though because i did very well freshman year and junior year. My boyfriend has a 3.1 gpa, but got an 1150 on his SAT...he is normally a B student, getting some A's and hardly any C's at all. He wants to get a criminal justice degree, but im afrad he wont get accepted because of his low SAT score.
