Voting Question: high college acceptance rate?

At IPFW (in Fort Wayne, Indiana) there are three categories when getting accepted. Regular admittance, academic probation (for those with low SAT scores or gpa's), and an exploratory program (which you have to have a 2.0 gpa and a 1130 sat score to be admitted, basically its for students who need extra help). If you aerent accepted to exploratory program then you arent accepted to the college. They also have a 96% acceptance rate. My boyfriend has a 3.1 gpa but an 1150 sat score...should i worry about him getting accepted? I mean, 96% is pretty darn high. He wants to go to this school and do army rotc.
